We reserve the final authority to change the products, prices as well as terms and conditions too without giving any prior notice to our customers.  We also hold the right to reject dispatch of goods to a customer if we deem it fit.  We are not responsible for any kind of losses that are incurred by ordering for goods that are out of stock.  In case of such a situation, we will touch base with you and you may inform us before hand if you wish to receive a replacement of such out of stock items through equal value from equivalent brands.

Senua Hydroponics ships goods only to the addresses of the card holders and we will under NO CONDITIONS OR CIRCUMSTANCES ship it to a third party address.  This will keep your card security intact.  Here are a few terms and conditions that you need to read through carefully and bear in mind before you conduct any kind of a transaction with us:

• You are above 18 years of age when you are dealing with any transaction on board and we will treat that you are fully aware of the terms and conditions placed by us before you start transacting with us.
• Goods are supplied to the address mentioned subject to availability of the same.  All the information presented by us regarding the products that we sell is 100% accurate and up to date too.  But in case you spot an item that does not come in with the specification mentioned on the website, we are willing to accept return of the product in good condition and are willing to give you a refund too.
• Our endeavor would be to deliver goods to your address in minimum time possible and hence may take 3-5 working days.  Should the delivery be delayed beyond 21 days, we will touch base with you to provide with a valid reason for the delay and also give you the choice to either cancel or stay with the order.

No part or whole of the material provided on our website may be used for some other personal purpose or official purpose by any third party without our prior permission for the same.  Such an act is expressly prohibited in the eyes of Law.
